Buildings

Players & Investors will have the opportunity to construct a variety of buildings in their chosen region. While Mines, Farms, and Businesses may be established without any limit, other building types may have a cap on the number of structures allowed within the region. It is important to note that a minimum of one plot of land is required to build any type of structure and have access to the necessary materials, such as wood, iron, and cement, which are gathered by Mines and Farms.

Players must use TUC as payment at the following buildings, the amount paid will be divided between the TUT (The Underverse Treasury, which receives 17% of the payment) and the owners of the land and building.

Compliance with these rules is crucial when players & investors are considering their construction plans within The underverse.

	Hospital	Players who are injured or killed in the game will automatically respawn at a hospital, and will be required to pay a fee based on their rank.	2
	Airport	To travel to another region, players must pay for their flight, even if they own a private jet. Assistance with smuggling comes with an additional fee.
	Casino	Players can participate in gambling activities and games of chance. These activities include classic casino games such as slot machines, blackjack, roulette, and poker. Casinos offer a variety of rewards and prizes that can be won, such as in-game currency, items, or other virtual goods.
	Pharmacy	In order to maintain their health, players will need to periodically refill their health bar as participating in criminal activities can drain their health.
	Manufacture	Players can use manufacturers to craft and sell specific items on the market. This is often required for completing certain crimes, heists, or for gaining specific advantages. Manufacturers may specialize in processing a variety of items, such as ammo, explosives, guns, cars, and construction materials.
	Car dealership	Car dealerships offer a variety of cars for sale, including different models, brands, and types of vehicles. Players will be able to customize their cars with different paint colors, decals, or other cosmetic features.
	Gun shop	Gun shops offer a variety of guns for sale, including different models, brands, and types of firearms. Players will be able to customize their guns with different attachments, such as sights, scopes, or suppressors.
	Supermarket	Players can purchase various items and supplies for use within the game. These items may include food, beverages and other types of consumables.
