Land, Property & Territory

Ownership of land, property and territories can generate passive income for the owner and as well as those who control the territory. The amount of income generated is determined by the type of building constructed on the land or territory. In order to construct a building, the player must own the required amount of land that meets the requirements for the chosen building.

Land

Land is required to construct buildings in the game and is an important resource for players to acquire and manage. The two sizes of land available are 200 m2 and 600 m2, and each plot is located in a specific region. Some lands are richer in natural resources than others, and some are more fertile for farming or other purposes. Acquiring and managing land is an important aspect of gameplay in The Underverse.

Property

Buildings are assets that can be owned or controlled by players. Buildings include various types of real estate, such as hospitals, airports, farms, manufacturers, and much more. Buildings have various attributes and abilities that can be activated or used by the player to achieve specific objectives or effects within the game.

Territory

Territories can be controlled by a family or a group of players. Controlling a territory can offer various benefits such as access to resources, strategic advantages, and the ability to build and upgrade structures. However, these territories need to be defended by the controlling team as other families or players can attack and take control of them. This creates a competitive environment where families or players fight for control over territories.
